PHOTOS: Fence Perimeter Installed for Polynesian DVC Tower Construction
The beginnings of construction for the new Polynesian DVC Tower have officially been spotted on the Resort grounds.
This week construction crews began installing a chain link fence beneath the Monorail beams, encircling what will be the site of the future construction.
The fence itself is fully installed and crews have now moved on to covering the see-through chain link with Disney’s famous ‘go away green’ construction covers.
You can spot where the crews have already covered the fence. This ensures that the demolition of the ‘Spirit of Aloha’ theater and ground construction won’t be visible to guests.

The fence is easily visible from the road and from the Shades of Green walkway, meaning we will likely be able to catch glimpses of the progress on the tower as it is built. Are you looking forward to the new DVC tower? Leave a comment and let us know!
