Developers Share Model Vacation Home in Orlando Brimming With Disney Details
Developers Park Square Enterprises LLC, aims to show those looking into Orlando vacation properties that will a little imagination, anything is possible. Just check out this new model home at the Paradiso Grande location!
The model home was unveiled on December 8th on the development’s 285 lot. The location is just off of International Drive. With prices starting at $976,000, this is definitely a second home or rental property for those of means.
Homes range from 2,913 to 6,374 square feet. According to a recent feature in Orlando Business Journal, the largest floorplans at Paradiso Grande feature 15 bedrooms and 15.5 bathrooms.
To show off the new location, the developers themed many of the bedrooms in the model home after Disney animated films as well as Star Wars, Jurassic Park and more!
Just check out the Star Wars-themed rec room in the model property.
It features a mural of the Millennium Falcon control room.
A stormtrooper hangs out near the wet bar.
BB-8 also decides to join us for some air hockey!
We love that the details of the Star Wars-themed rec room extend to a stunning outer space mural on ceiling!
The model home also features a Spider-Man themed room complete with bunk beds for your tiny Marvel fans!
You can also go on a nautical adventure with this under-the-sea room!
Universal fans area also sure to be smitten with the Jurassic Park-themed room!
However, by far my favorite room in Paradiso Grande’s model home is the one inspired by Disney’s Encanto.
It features lush greenery and whimsical flowers just like those found near the family Madrigal’s home in Colombia.
The bunk beds in the model home’s Encanto room was even created to look like the Madrigal Family’s home! We’re told the room even features a motion sensor so that when guests enter, it starts laying songs from the film!
The Orlando Business Journal tells us that the typical byer of Paradiso Grande homes are foreign investors who will rent the house to Florida tourists. The development’s location on I-Drive means that its close to the theme parks, restaurants and shops that vacationers want to visit.
74 lots have already been sold in Paradiso Gardens with 223 others being on reserve (a move which requires a $50,000 down payment.) The clubhouse on property is also expected to open by June of 2023. It will include a pool, lazy river, gym, café and more!
