Actor Temuera Morrison Gifted a Maori Carving of Boba Fett Helmet
If you’re as obsessed as we are with Book of Boba Fett on Disney+ then you’ll know how absolutely awesome Temuera Morrison, who played Jango Fett in Attack of the Clones is in the title role!
The Maori community thinks so as well. Star Wars shared a touching moment on their Facebook page of Morrison receiving a replica of the Boba Fett Mandalorian helmet carved in a traditional Maori style.
Check out the Facebook post below:
The helmet was created by fellow New Zealander Mr G Hoete Art.
The actor and artist had a chance to hang out recently when Morrison was presented with the beautiful wooden helmet.
It definitely looks like they got on well and the craftsmanship on the helmet is amazing!
Our favorite part of this awesome exchange had to be the special video Morrison posted where he says “May the Force be with you” in Maori!
