The Adventure Friends Cavalcade Just Made Its Debut and MickeyBlog Was There
A brand new mini parade made its debut at the Magic Kingdom this afternoon and it has to be one of our absolute favorites. Known as the Adventure Friends Cavalcade, it features an all-star line-up of beloved Disney characters. Let’s take a closer look!
Right at the top we had Miguel from Coco ushering in the fun.
He led the fun! As you can see, we had a beautiful view right in from of Cinderella Castle all decorated up for Disney’s 50th Anniversary.
This cavalcade will run several times throughout the day.
Times are currently posted on disneyworld.com so be sure to add it to your theme park plans!
As you can see from these awesome images, Miguel is joined by some other familiar faces including Woody and Jessie from Toy Story along with Mr. & Mrs. Incredible!
The song played during this cavalcade is festive and really energized the crowd!
It wouldn’t be a cavalcade without DIsney Princesses and the Adventure Friends has this in abundance.
At the front of the float, you get a fantastic view of Merida from Brave and Elena from Elena of Avalor
Above you can get a glimpse of the new banner created for the Adventure Friends cavalcade.
And there’s Jessie having a laugh in the background!
As you can see, the crowds came out in full force for the event.
There’s Moana waving from high atop her float!
Other familiar faces include Timon from The Lion King and Terk from Tarzan.
They were joined by Meeko from Pocahontas.
Look who else we see! It’s Baloo, Jasmine and Aladdin.
If you look all the way in the back, you can even see the Genie!
Pocahontas is busy interacting with the crowd.
Mulan’s gown has to be one of our favorites! Its magnificent!
As you can see the float with the Princesses even has an Adventure Friends logo on the side.
We got a bit royal wave from Elena!
We love her red gown and matching tiara!
Moana also waves to us from the top of the float!
Here is Merida who has come all the way from Scotland to surprise us.
The incredible cavalcade soundtrack had everyone singing!
The cavalcade itself was short but it was also so jam-packed with characters that it is well worth taking the time out to see it!
Below is another look at Mr. and Mrs. Incredible.
Woody seemed to enjoy sauntering around the HUB!
Jessie also got in on the adventure!
Other characters included Jose.
You’ll know him from The Three Caballeros.
Below is a first look at some additional DIsney friends including Max, Marie, Stitch, Mary Poppins and even Bert!
They had the crowd so excited.
Marie was looking positively PURRfect.
Max Goof is always high energy!
Bert is looking dapper as always!
And Mary is always magical.
Stitch is a popular addition to the crew!
Cast members in colorful new Adventure Friends uniforms where there to lead and end the parade.
We enjoyed it so much that we didn’t want it to be over.
Here are a few more of our favorite images.
Terk enjoyed dancing in front of the castle.
Baloo is reminding us to forget about our worries!
Above is the one and only Jungle VIP – King Louie.
I wanna be like you…
Aladdin, Jasmine and Genie were part of this magical procession.
Do we have time to make a wish!?
On the last float you’ll see Clarabelle.
She is joined by Judy and Nick from Zootopia.
Clarabelle looks delighted to be high atop her float.
Here you can see the colorful float and even more colorful characters!
Judy did a fantastic job of interacting with the crowd and was a fan favorite!
You can see her below having a little dance.
And we even got her to wave to us! “Hi, Judy!”
All of the characters were great at interacting with the crowds on both sides of the street.
So you’re sure to get a good view no matter where you stand!
