Walt Disney Co. Posts Partners CXO Position
On Friday, the Walt Disney Company issued a new job posting on LinkedIn specifically for a new Executive Vice President/Chief Experience Officer, or CXO. The position with Partners Federal Credit Union will be located in Orlando, Florida, with a focus on the “member experience,” according to the post on LinkedIn. The Walt Disney Careers post also indicates a location of Burbank, California, where the Partners Federal Credit Union is headquartered.
With an emphasis on culture building, the executive level role includes responsibilities like “the delivery of exceptional and consistent experiences to the members across the credit union’s products, services, and channels of branches, call center, and community-facing and reaching resources, including remote and digital delivery,” according to the post.
The primary goal of the person in the position will be to “to monitor the current experience delivered to members and continually innovate the brand experience to exceed member expectations to increase member satisfaction,” according to LinkedIn. The person must be innovative, commited to the brand promise, and one who embodies the company’s common purpose.
In the company’s vision, “a CXO elevates the member experience, educates cast members, empowers them to make member-centric decisions, and facilitates cross-functional collaboration and the co-creation of a unique, sustainable competitive advantage.”
Those looking to apply for the role should hold at least a Bachelor’s degree as well as ten years of relevant experience and a familiarity with Six Sigma best practices. The role also requires someone with deep analytical skills, excellent communication skills, a deep awarness of self-accountability as well as problem-solving abilities, and a proven record of cultivating positive consumer experiences, according to the post.
