‘The Bear’ Season 3 Delivers Strong Ratings For Hulu
Season 3 of FX’s The Bear premiered on Hulu and Disney+ on June 26, and it is already setting records.
According to Disney, the series brought in 5.4 million views globally in its first four days of streaming, a 24% increase over Season 2’s four-day debut.
This is the second straight year that The Bear has increased its viewership. Last year’s Season 2 premiere grew 70% versus Season 1.

The critically acclaimed comedy now holds the titles as the most-watched FX season premiere ever, the most-watched scripted season premiere ever on Hulu, and the third most-watched Hulu season premiere.

Additionally, The Bear now holds the biggest Hulu on Disney+ premiere since the new bundle debuted in March.

In anticipation of Season 3’s arrival, fans also helped increase the viewership of The Bear’s first two seasons over the last couple of weeks.
White Talks Season 3
Prior to the new series’ release, Jeremy Allen White, who plays Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto, admitted that the cast felt pressure to live up to The Bear’s first two seasons. Luckily, once they all got together, the magic was still there.

“We were just coming off the success of awards season, so I was very anxious,” White admits. “I knew the scripts were strong… but the pressure is very real. After a couple of weeks of being around [the cast] and our beautiful crew, everything fell back into place.”
