New Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind Retro Merchandise Has Arrived in EPCOT

While Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind initially seemed like an odd fit for EPCOT, Disney has done a great job of integrating the Marvel attraction into the park.

One of the ways that the company has seamlessly merged the Guardians into the DNA of EPCOT is through the retro merchandise that Cosmic Rewind has spawned.

Taking inspiration from the early EPCOT Center merchandise of the 1980s, Disney has released a new line of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind souvenirs that should appeal to fans of EPCOT Center and the Guardians of the Galaxy alike. So, let’s take a closer look at what Disney has cooked up.

Guardians of the Galaxy Spaceship Earth Mug

First up, we have this Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind mug.

Featuring the kind of striped pattern that permeated EPCOT merchandise in the 1980s, this mug features the silhouettes of Peter Quill, Groot, Drax, Gamora, and Rocket heroically posing in front of Spaceship Earth.

The flip side of the mug features a Nova Corps ship flying above Spaceship Earth. The caption reads “Other World Showcase.”

Wonders of Xandar Hat

If you liked the Guardians of the Galaxy retro mug, then you are going to love what I have to show you next.

This Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind hat features the Wonders of Xandar logo front and center.

For those who don’t know, the pavilion’s logo was inspired by the Nova Corps insignia.

The back of the hat, meanwhile, has a small logo that reads “Other World Showcase.”

Outside of the Wonders of Xandar logo, the rest of the hat is plain. Here is a look at the underside.
