2024 Pressed Pennies Have Arrived at the Magic Kingdom
Over the thirty years that I have been visiting Walt Disney World, perhaps the most underrated souvenir I have seen is the pressed pennies that fans can collect around the resort.
While I have never been a pressed penny collector myself, I love to stop and look at the different pennies Disney has designed.
The joy of a Disney pressed penny is that they often feature the attractions, characters, or sometimes even restaurants that make Walt Disney World so special.
Well, if you are a pressed penny collector, then I have great news!
Two different pressed penny machines in the Magic Kingdom’s Emporium are now offering 2024 pressed pennies!
These new designs are truly magical.
2024 Walt Disney World Pressed Pennies
Let’s start with the first Emporium machine.
The first new 2024 penny features Pinocchio and Jiminy Cricket.
A matching pressed penny showcases none other than Buzz Lightyear.
Finally, a third penny features Goofy and Pluto celebrating.
If you are looking for something a little more Walt Disney World-related, you are in luck.
One of the four 2024 pressed pennies in the machine features Cinderella Castle and Tinker Bell! What a great design!
2024 Mickey and Friends Pressed Pennies
The second pressed penny machine in the Emporium features Mickey and Friends’ 2024 pressed pennies.
Here, you can get coins depicting Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Goofy.
I love the character design here. Mickey and Minnie especially look adorable!
If you are not in the market for a 2024 pressed penny, this machine also has a quartet of Magic Kingdom pennies.
