Take a Look at the NEW Menu for “The Finest Dining in All of Disneyland Paris!”
It’s an exciting month over in Disneyland Paris, as the long-awaited reopening of the Disneyland Hotel is set to take place on January 25th.
The resort’s iconic hotel is set to reopen following a lengthy, large-scale refurbishment, reimagining the beloved hotel into an enchanting royal experience like none other.
Now, as we inch ever-closer to the grand debut, new details are starting to emerge to truly tantalise our royal tastes, and we couldn’t be more excited!
La Table de Lumière
One of the most highly-anticipated features of this gorgeous new refurbishment will be La Table de Lumière, an exclusive restaurant located within the royal hotel’s grand halls.
Self-proclaimed as “The Finest Dining in All of Disneyland Paris,” this enchanting restaurant will offer a magical ambience set to enchant and delight any royal guest. Aesthetically, the place draws inspiration from both the charm of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, as well from the iconic Hall of Mirrors within the majestic French Palace of Versailles.
Furthermore, the restaurant will offer Character Dining, meaning guests will be able to interact with Disney princesses and more during the unique and exclusive experience.
As the previously-released concept art has shown, the whole hotel is sure to be spectacular. However, we’re sure La Table de Lumière in particular will sweep guests off their feet, especially now we’ve been able to view the restaurant’s incredible menu!
Dreams do come true, as this exquisite restaurant is set to offer fine French dining, also taking inspirations from culinary adventures around the world. According to the Disneyland Paris website, each dish is designed to tell a story, ensuring the memories made will last a lifetime.
The Royal Menu
As listed on the website, the main feature of the restaurant is The Royal Menu. This three-course character dining experience costs €120 per guest.
So, without further delay, let’s check out this beautiful menu.
Just like Lumiere himself said: “after all Miss, this is France, and the dinner here is never second-best!”
Starters
For the first course of this set menu, guests can choose a dish from the following enticing selection:
- Seasonal vegetable medley, Puy green lentils with Espelette chilli peppers and Orleans mustard (vegan)
- Mushroom veloute, peppered Isigny cream, sourdough bread croutons and toasted hazelnut chips
- Freshly cooked langoustines, shellfish coulis, cauliflower puree and lemon caviar
- European lobster with white cabbage remoulade
- Red Label Œufs de Loue fried egg, potatoes, baby spinach and Comté AOP cream
Accompanied by either
- Taittinger – Prestige rosé – brut (10 cl)
- Louis Roederer – Collection 244 – brut (10 cl)

Moving onto entrees, where the choices are as follows:
- Quinoa with broad beans and morels, red pepper sauce and pomegranate seeds (vegan)
- Seared fillet of sole, yoghurt and saffron emulsion, Mediterranean vegetable leaf and creamy celery sauce
- Seared sea bass, fennel compote with black truffle and rocket coulis
- Roast Montbeliarde beef, potato ribbons, sweet onion cream and Merlot jus
- Quercy farm herb-crusted roast lamb, artichoke ravioli and black truffle milk foam
- Farm chicken cooked two ways and confit potato, herby roast chicken breast and poached chicken leg with supreme sauce
Accompanied by a choice of
- Taittinger – Folies de la Marquetterie – brut (10 cl)
- Moët & Chandon – Grand Vintage – extra brut (10 cl)
- Pierre Mignon – Blanc de noirs – brut (10 cl)
Desserts
If you still have room after all that delicious food, a dessert can also be selected from the following menu:
- Faisselle cheese with fresh herbs and pink shallots, crunchy tuile and pumpkin oil
- Coconut aloe vera emulsion, fresh mango, mango granita and chocolate puffed rice (vegan)
- Enchanted Ball Cake – white chocolate ganache, vanilla pear insert and Dacquoise biscuit
- Royal Indulgence – creamy chocolate with basil, thin sheets of dark chocolate and caramelised almonds
- Seasonal sorbets and fruit
Accompanied by a choice of
- Moët & Chandon – Ice Impérial Rosé – semi dry (10 cl)
- Champagne Ratafia (10 cl)
Additional Offerings
To truly enjoy your meal in style, the restaurant offers diners an add-on champagne package for €60 per person.
For special occasions, there’s also the option to add an extra-special “Birthday Dessert” offering. This costs an additional €35 for up to eight people. This must be ordered before the time of dining.
