‘Loki’ Producer Kevin Wright Believes Season 3 is a Possibility
While the season 2 finale of Loki seemingly ended the God of Mischief’s story, Marvel fans know that no one is truly ever gone.
Despite Tom Hiddleston increasingly sounding like a man ready to walk away from the MCU, fans have continued to hold out hope that Loki would continue for a third season.

As it turns out, it’s not only fans who would love to see Loki’s story continue.
Kevin Wright Chimes In
In a recent interview, Loki producer Keven Wright stated that he believes a season 3 of Loki could still happen and that he “would love to keep telling stories with this team.”

“For two seasons, I’ve loved working with this team… I would love to keep telling those stories with them, in this world. I don’t think any of us would ever want to rush into a Season 3 if there’s not a good story to tell. But I think this team could go off and tell other stories. Maybe it’s not ‘Loki’ Season 3. Maybe there’s something we can continue to do at the TVA, and it’s like our ‘Better Call Saul’ to ‘Loki’s’ ‘Breaking Bad.’ That would be cool, to me.”
Could ‘Loki’ Characters Appear Elsewhere?
The idea of a Loki spin-off could be interesting. The series has surrounded Hiddleston’s Asgardian god with a team of likable characters who still have a story to tell. Could Mobius and Sylvie team up in the future? What about OB and Renslayer? The possibilities are endless.

While Wright was quick to point out that he doesn’t “know the future of these characters” in the MCU, he hopes that their stories continue, even outside of a third season of Loki.

“But I have to think, with how people have really enjoyed this story, that other filmmakers are going to want to come in and continue to tell stories [in this world]. That would be my hope.”
The Team Treated Season 2 Like the End
Although Martin would love to continue Loki’s story, he did admit that everyone involved in the show wanted to treat the season 2 finale as the end of the road.
“That isn’t because we want to end the story. But it forces all the filmmakers involved to bring their best… If this is the only opportunity we get to work together to build something, let’s make this as fulfilling as possible. And if there’s more to tell down the road, we can do it.”
