Signage up at Summer House on the Lake at Disney Springs
Our MickeyBlogger Kayla was on the West Side of Disney Springs today and noticed that signage is finally up at Summer House on the Lake which is a new eatery opening this year at Walt Disney World! When it opens Summer House on the Lake will be big on coastal vibes and will be open for brunch, lunch, and dinner.
It’s been slow going on Summer House construction. Work began on the site back in June of 2022 with the area surrounded by construction walls over the past 18 months.
However, seeing the Summer House in place means that we may see an opening date announced soon!
As you can see from the artist rendering above, Summer House on the Lake will offer al fresco dining on the outdoor patios. The menu will showcase garden-fresh foods and seasonal Florida ingredients. Highlights of the menu will include flavorful salads, sandwiches, pizzas and more at lunch and dinner. We expect a menu to be posted soon so watch this space.
Summer House on the Lake will also be serving up goodies from their in-house bakery. You’ll want to save room for dessert with Summer House’s wide array of baked goods including cookies, brownies, and more! For those 21 or older, you’ll also find an extensive menu of wine, beer, handcrafted cocktails, and even a special Rosé Cart.

For those looking for goodies on the go, you’ll be able to stop by The Cookie Jar which is a dessert-focused grab-and-go spot that will offer up freshly baked cookies, house-made pastries, wine, beer, handcrafted cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and more!
