Harveys Teases New Coco Collection
Get ready to go un poco loco! Handbag designers, Harveys, makers of the famous seatbelt bags, are taking to social media this week to tease an upcoming collection. From the look of it, Harveys’ upcoming release will be inspired by the beloved Pixar film Coco. This is perfect timing with Halloween and Dia de los Muertos just around the corner!
Coco was known for its incredibly detailed and colorful aesthetic and we can’t wait to see how that translates into this new collection from Harveys. However, we will need to wait a bit for the grand reveal. At the moment, Harveys hasn’t yet shared specific bags in the collection but they have announced that they will be holding a launch event on Saturday, October 7, 2024, at 12 p.m.
It does look like Harveys gave us a wee tease of one of the prints that will be used in the Coco collection, you can see a screenshot taken from a video on the Harveys Facebook page.
In the multi-colored pattern above you can see Miguel, Dante, Ernesto, sugar skulls, beautiful blooms, and more!
According to the post, Harvey’s will first be releasing the collection to those showing up in person at the Santa Ana shop. Those not able to make it should be able to get the collection two days later on October 9, 2023 starting at 8am PDT. You can head over to shopharveys.com.
One of the things that we will say about a Harveys release is that they sell out FAST. If you plan on getting your Coco items online then plan on being online right at 8am PST to get yours while supplies last. These collections often sell out within minutes.
