Show Your Imagination This Christmas With This New Figment Ornament
While Journey Into Imagination with Figment may pale in comparison to the original Journey Into Imagination attraction, Figment is still the undisputed king of EPCOT.
Despite his lackluster ride, Figment remains as popular now as he ever has. The little purple dragon continues to be featured prominently in EPCOT’s festivals, will soon meet guests again, and is omnipresent in the park’s merchandise!
As a Figment fan myself, I always make a point of heading to the Imagination! pavilion and visiting an old friend.
If you are a fellow Figment fan, I want to share the new ornament that has arrived at the Imagination! pavilion gift shop. It’s a blast!
Figment Ornament
This new ornament features everyone’s favorite purple dragon — Figment.
The ornament shows the smiling dragon, inside of a light bulb. This design has popped up more frequently lately, and is a great callback to the Imagination Institute’s light bulb logo!
I also love this design of Figment, he looks adorable!
Encircling Figment on this ornament is the phrase, “One Little Spark Lights Up For You.”
When the Journey Into Imagination attraction opened, One Little Spark served as the ride’s theme song. Performed by Dreamfinder and Figment, the song was entrenched in the minds of a generation of EPCOT Center fans.
In the latest version of the attraction, an updated take on the song was performed in each of the Imagination Institute’s labs.
This Figment ornament is raised on the front, giving the decoration some depth.
As if the front of this ornament wasn’t cool enough, the back features another Imagination Institute logo! How fun!
If you are looking to add a little Disney magic to your Christmas tree this year, I can’t think of a more fun way to do it than with this Figment ornament!
