Disney Cruise Line Updates Policy for Contracted Group Reservations
Planning to set sail with a large party? Then, there is no better cruise line for a large group than Disney Cruise Line if you are looking for the most magical time at sea!
If you do have a group sailing with Disney Cruise Line in mind, you are going to want to take note of this recent change when it comes to a contracted group. Effective June 1, 2023, contracted groups will be required to have a minimum of 14 staterooms per contract. Previously, the requirement was just eight staterooms.

Those who did book a contracted group prior to June 1, 2023, will not be impacted by this change.
Even with the requirement of more staterooms to make a contracted group and receive special amenities, Disney Cruise Line is still one of the best cruise lines if you are looking for a dream vacation at sea with all of your family and friends!

Guests who are part of a contracted group receive additional benefits and amenities during their cruise. Some of these include:
- Onboard credits
- Dedicated services manager
- Complimentary cocktail reception
- Tour conductor credits (Free or reduced fare for one member of the group)
- Many more!

Contracted groups are limited by sailing. So, if you plan to cruise with a large group, make sure to get your deposits in sooner rather than later. Booking early almost always ensures you are getting the best rates possible as well!
