Free Mother’s Day Family Activities Brighten Up Disney Springs
Mother’s Day is fast approaching, and Disney Springs is proving itself to be one of the most perfect places to celebrate!
Not only does the Springs offer countless dining, shopping, and entertainment options for moms to enjoy with their families, but a new, pop-up array of complimentary activities are also scheduled to take place this coming Saturday, May 13th for visiting families to enjoy. Our MickeyBloggers got to take a look at some of these fun additions, so let’s see what they got up to!
So, there’s a few fun things we have to tell you about here, which were set up this past Saturday 6th, as well as being scheduled for Saturday 13th. Each activity on offer may be small but sure is meaningful, and we’re sure that moms will appreciate the extra attention Disney Springs is putting in to commemorate the special date!
The first experience we have to tell you about is relating to this cute “Mom!” photo spot, which our MickeyBloggers noticed had arrived at the Disney Springs Town Center last week. For Mother’s Day, a Disney PhotoPass Cast Member will be stationed at this spot, taking professional photos for guests to download.
As you can see above, there’s also a fun selection of additional props and signs guests can hold in their photos, to truly personalize the photo experience!
As well as the photos, a cute “Mom Mail” station was also set up, where guests were able to write these beautiful, bio-degradable postcards to send to their moms. Such a cute touch!
As well as this, signage also told us that complimentary face painting and “micro-makeovers” were also being offered for mums in a different area of the Springs, which sounds perfect for moms looking for a cute bit of pampering between all the Mother’s Day celebrations.
