Severe Weather Causing Transportation Delays
Disney Transportation is having some issues today. Due to the severe storms in the area, the Monorail and the ferry both are not operating for the safety of their crew and guests.
Huge lines have formed outside the Ticket and Transportation Center.
A Cast Member told our MickeyBlog reporter that it may take “up to an hour” for guests to get to Magic Kingdom right now.
According to local news station WESH meteorologist Eric Burris, heavy storms are in and around the Orlando area, causing severe lightning and heavy downpours.
