Visitor Disrupts Christmas Parade Resulting in Physical Altercation at Tokyo Disneyland
There was definitely a Bah Humbug moment at the Christmas Parade in Tokyo Disneyland on December 13th resulting in a physical altercation that stunned onlookers. A 51 year old man had to be tackled by employees for disrupting the festive procession and refusing to leave.
As you can see from several of the tweets that have appeared online, the unfortunate event occurred at the Tokyo Disney holiday parade near the Donald and Daisy Duck float with the guest needing to be physically dragged out of the area.

As you can see from these images, shared by the OC Register, the man leapt out of the crowd and jumped in front of the Tokyo Disney float. He then began gesturing wildly.
According to the report in the Register, the man then charged at a cast member before being tackled by other cast members stationed at the parade route. A physical altercation ensued as workers struggled to restrain the guest.

It ultimately took six Tokyo Disney employees to subdue the guest until officers could arrive on the scene. Due to the unusual nature of the altercation, it has been picked up by various news sources including Yahoo News Japan and Sankei News.
Reporting suggests that the man did not have any weapons in his possession and that no injuries were reported.

A subsequent piece in Japan Today said that the man was in custody and has a known history of mental illness.
