NEW TODAY! Te Fiti Now Able To Be Seen At Epcot for the Upcoming ‘Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana’
For anyone visiting Epcot this morning, you are in for a surprise!
Te Fiti is now able to be seen in the project Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana, and she’s magnificent! The Mother Island Goddess is measuring in at 16 feet tall!
The best way you will be able to see her is from the monorail.
Coming in late 2023, Guests will be able to explore the wonders of water along an interactive trail that’s fun for all ages—based on the Disney animated film Moana.
Stroll along a self-guided outdoor trail where you can play and interact with water as it travels from the sky to the oceans and back again.
Along the way, learn about the importance of water and discover its playful personality—just as Moana did on her heroic voyage.
Here is the inspiration photo of Te Fiti from the D23 Expo.
Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana is scheduled to open within World Nature—the EPCOT neighborhood dedicated to understanding and preserving the beauty and balance of the natural world.
Congratulations to the team of Disney Imagineers and project partners that made this incredible milestone happen! We look forward to more to come!
