Disneyland After Dark Returns in 2023 Including an All-New Princess Nite
Exciting news coming out of Disneyland today! Not only is Disneyland After Dark returning in 2023, but there is also going to be an all-new Princess Nite offering on select nights giving Guests the chance to spend time with iconic Disney Princesses, “say cheese” with unique photo ops, event-exclusive food and beverage options, merchandise, and so much more magic! Disneyland After Dark: Sweethearts’ Nite is also back in 2023!
Both Disneyland After Dark events allows Guests to enter Disneyland Park at 6 pm. Then, at 9 pm, the private After Hours party starts!

The party rocks on through the night all the way to 1 am. In addition to virtually no lines for attractions, all After Hours party Guests also receive unlimited digital downloads of Disney PhotoPass photos taken during the party and special commemorative keepsakes including a souvenir credential and event guide map.
Disneyland After Dark: Sweethearts’ Nite
Guests are invited to experience the ultimate date night during one of seven Disneyland After Dark: Sweethearts’ Nite events at Disneyland Park in 2023.
Lovers, special pals, and all families will enjoy the following highlights during the party:
- A specially-themed fireworks show
- Take a dance with your love at the Royal Ball hosted by Aladdin and Jasmine
- Enjoy a moonlit cruise on the Mark Twain Riverboat with the sounds of a live jazz ensemble
- Relax and unwind to the sounds of island music from a Polynesian trio drifting through the night air at The Tropical Hideaway
- Delight in many deliciously themed menu items available for purchase – created just for the event
- Capture your moment with photo opportunities with darling Disney couples and spots inspired by romantic scenes from Disney films such as “Lady and the Tramp” and “The Little Mermaid,” including unlimited Disney PhotoPass digital photo downloads from the party
- Enjoy pre-party mix-in admission to Disneyland park starting at 6 p.m., theme park reservation is not required

Disneyland After Dark: Princess Nite
For the first time ever, Guests are invited to experience an all-new royal event at Disneyland Park with Disneyland After Dark: Princess Nite.

Offered on just two nights in 2023, this empowering night includes the most beloved Disney Princesses who continue to light the world with kindness, courage, and a touch of magic.
In addition to the low-crowd event, Guests will experience shimmering décor, special photo opportunities, themed food and beverage offerings, commemorative keepsakes, and characters galore, you’ll be ready to step into your own adventure of bravery and grace.

Highlights of Disneyland After Dark: Princess Nite include:
- Receive a royal welcome at the Disneyland Train Station featuring Princess Minnie Mouse and Princess Daisy Duck with fanfare trumpeters
- Enjoy an inspiring musical concert celebrating heartwarming, adventurous heroines including Moana, Merida, and more accompanied by live vocalists
- Raise the royal roof and dance the night away at the high-energy, candy-themed dance party at Tomorrowland stage with Vanellope Von Schweetz
- Revel in Tiana’s Southern hospitality and dance along to jazz music in New Orleans Square
- Savor specialty menu items befitting royalty throughout Disneyland park, available for purchase
- Picture yourself in photo backdrops inspired by Disney films like “Beauty and the Beast” and “The Princess Diaries” including unlimited Disney PhotoPass digital photo downloads from the party
- Have a ball with pre-party mix-in admission to Disneyland park starting at 6 p.m., theme park reservations are not required

Tickets for Disneyland After Hours Events in 2023
Tickets for all Disneyland After Hours events will be available beginning on December 12, 2023, at no earlier than 9 am PST. Those who are Magic Key holders will also have the opportunity to purchase a limited number of tickets on December 14, 2023, no earlier than 9 am PST as well.
