MickeyBlog has already shared the treats coming to Gideon’s Bakehouse for August, but this new item was just announced today and we are here for it!

These Gideon’s Cookie Truffles look delish! This Gideon’s style Truffle is filled with Key Lime Pie Chocolate Chip Cookie mixed with Key Lime Buttercream and housemade Lemon Curd!

The Disney Springs location will have a limited supply Friday, Saturday, and Sunday this week and are limited to two per person while supplies last.

Treats like this tends to go quickly so I recommend getting there early to grab the new cookie treat.

This local bake shop is located in the Landing at Disney Springs, near Morimoto Asia and Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar. I recommend parking in the Lime Garage for easy access and take a quick walk to the shop.
