Get In On the May the 4th Fun With Disney PhotoPass Service
Tomorrow is May the 4th, otherwise known as Star Wars day and to celebrate, tomorrow Disney PhotoPass Service is launching a few new photo opportunities that are simply out-of-this world. You can take advantage of these new options when visiting Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
One of our favorite new PhotoPass offerings is the image above featuring a holopuck prop. This magic shot will reveal the details of your next bounty once you check into your My Disney Experience account.
Next up is another Magic Shot that features a training droid. You’ll be photographed deflecting blaster bolts like a proper Jedi Master. Though you may not see the droid while taking this photo but wait until you see the finished product!
On the planet of Batuu who can use one of the PhotoPass lightsaber props. This includes a replica of Mace Windu’s purple lightsaber that’s available in the evenings across from Oga’s Cantina!
Is that Boba Fett’s ship overhead!? Head to the Droid Depot in Batuu where you can capture this magic shot with a pretty awesome point-of-view.
You’ll also want to be on the lookout for additional Star Wars-focused photo opportunities including an AT-AT Tiny World Magic Shot available at Star Tours – The Adventures Continues.
Interact with Grogu using a Disney PhotoPass Lens available exclusive at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge via the My Disney Experience app when you purchase the new Genie+ service.
Guests will also be able to enjoy additional special-themed photos at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, encounter familiar friends, and also nab a Super Zoom Magic Shot video. Won’t be at Hollywood Studios tomorrow? Don’t worry. Disney has announced that these experiences will continue to be available after the celebration ends.
