New Orange Bird Candies Make Epcot Extra-Sweet
Over at Epcot, our favorite mascot for the spring/summer season is truly in his element, spreading citrus sweetness all across the park.
It’s Orange Bird, one of the adorable icons of the annual Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival, whose cute little smile perfectly embodies all the fun of the Florida sun!
Now, don’t get me wrong, Orange Bird is a fan-favorite at Walt Disney World all year round. Last summer, this gorgeously fluffy Orange Bird plush landed at the Magic Kingdom, while this smart MagicBand arrived at Disney Springs at Christmastime.
But, there’s really no denying that when the Flower and Garden Festival springs up at Epcot, Orange Bird really does take flight!
So far during the festival, we have spotted so much Orange Bird-inspired merchandise on sale across the park.
The most recent item the cutie-fruity has made his mark on, however, are these fun new candies!
This newest offering is a pack of sugar-coated jelly candies, and there’s no prizes for whoever can correctly guess the flavor!
That’s right – the candies are flavored with both natural and artificial tastes of orange, with the bird himself dancing in celebration on the bag.
This share-sized pack would make a good grab-and-go kind of snack whilst you’re waiting in line at the park, but it would also make a truly great gift for any Orange Bird fan back home!
If you like orange-flavored sweet treats, you should also check out these fun, ribbon-topped bags of Orange Bird Popcorn.
Imagine mixing the two together? Who knows, maybe Orange Bird will have his own candy Marketplace Booth at next year’s festival!
We found these jelly candies over at Port of Entry in Epcot, where they cost $6.49 per bag.
Will you be grabbing a pack on your next visit to the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival?
