Next up is a property that is experiencing a bit of a renaissance Disney’s Riviera Resort! This moderate resort features a brand new tower, dining experiences, room renovations and so much more!

Dining Locations
- Toledo Tapas, Steak and Seafood –Savor dishes and small plates inspired by the flavors of Spain while feasting your eyes on the sweeping views from this rooftop restaurant. On the menu you’ll find delicious tapas, steaks and seafood. A highlight is also small plates of charcuteria and cheeses. Toledo also highlights Spanish wines with over 50 choice hand-selected by the restaurants Master Sommelier along with handcrafted cocktails, beers and ciders.
- Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago – This lakefront restaurant features sweeping views of Lago Corado and connects the island of Villa del Lago with the Resort. On the menu you’ll find savory entrees like peppercorn wings, braised pork tacos and steak frites. The Signature Burger features manchego cheese, roasted garlic aioli, arugul and tomato. You’ll also find a wide array of wines and sangria!
- Rix Sports Bar & Grill – Watch the game at this lounge area that boasts 31 state-of-the-art TVs as well as a menu offering a unique spin on classic sports fare.
- Dahlia Lounge – This new lounge area in the Gran Destino Tower is the perfect location to sip cocktails or enjoy a glass of wine and even features a rooftop terrace where you’ll want to linger and mingle.
- Barcelona Lounge – This lounge area has it all from frothy coffees and signature gin cocktails to premium wines and craft beers. You’ll find it on the lower level lobby of the Gran Destino tower which is decorated with a magnificent chandelier and sculpted columns.
- Siesta Cantina – This poolside hideaway features sandwiches, burgers, nachos and specialty cocktails
- Maya Grill – This family-friendly table service eater features a majestic dining room with welcoming Mayan motifs of fire, sun and water. The menu features a delicious array of traditional platters and chef’s specialties.
- Cafe Rix – Head to this quick service spot for an array of pastries, yogurts, fruits and salads. You’ll also find sweet treats including dessert cakes, gelatos and sorbets as well as specialty coffees and smoothies.
- El Mercado de Coronado – This light and airy dining spot features Grab & Go items for breakfast, lunch, dinner as well as desserts and drinks.
- Laguna Bar – Enjoy a refreshing beverage lakeside that specializes in tequila and mezcal. You’ll soak up the tropical vibes and relaxing atmosphere after a long day at the parks.
Swimming Pools
- The Lost City of Cibola Pool – This sprawling pool complex has a Mayan ruins theme. The Lost City of Cibola pools boasts a 50 foot pyramid complete with 123 foot waterslide featuring a spitting Jaguar spirit animal making for a fierce ride! The area also has the largest hot tub at Walt Disney World which has room for 22 adults. Be on the lookout for poolside activities including white-sand volleyball, kiddie pool and Iguana Arcade.
- Three Leisure Pools – In addition to the main pool area, you’ll also find three quieter pool areas, one in each settlement – Casitas, Ranchos and Cabanas.

- Colors of Coronado – Painting Experience-Get in touch with your inner artist as we explore the Colors of Coronado—a master-led painting class. Takes place every Friday. –
- Spanish Mosaic Art – Immerse yourself in a Spanish art tradition as you design your own mosaic showpiece with a touch of Disney flair! Offered every Wednesday and Saturday.
- Playground
- Movies Under the Stars –Watch favorite Disney films at complimentary screenings in a grassy area outdoors. The line-up changes regularly so as the front desk for the schedule!
- Campfire Activities
- Jogging Trail- Take a brisk 0.9-mile run or walk along the scenic trail that loops around 22-acre Lago Dorado.
- La Vida Health Club & Fitness Center – Revitalize and rejuvenate yourself in Coronado Spring’s full-service facilities, which feature 2 fitness centers, massage therapy, facial treatments and a beauty salon.
Shopping
Panchitos- Chase down Disney souvenirs, native crafts and more at this Three Caballeros-themed store named for the Mexican charro rooster.
