Today is March 2nd, and if you’ve been following along with us, you’ll know that it’s the first day of the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. Our MickeyBloggers are at EPCOT bright an early this morning to bring you a first look at the Festival.
To kick things off, here is a preview of the Flower & Garden Festival Passports.
Be sure to pick one up during your visit to the parks! The passport includes menus for each of the outdoor kitchens as well as a rundown of merch and activities you’ll want to be on the lookout for.
This year’s passport artwork is blooming lovely! It’s chartreuse and features beautiful blooms on both the front and back covers.
There’s a pattern in the back reminiscent of Spaceship Earth which we thought was a nice touch.
Here we are showing off our passport in front of the beautiful new 50th Anniversary Goofy Topiary display.
This is one of our favorite topiaries so far and shows Goofy holding up a 50th Birthday cake to celebrate Walt Disney World’s big anniversary!
The passport hicks off with a brief rundown of the awesome activities you’ll want to be on the lookout for during your Flower & Garden visit! This includes the topiaries and gardens, outdoor kitchens, merchandise, the Garden Rocks concert series and the Garden Graze taster event.
Kids are sure to love the Spike’s Pollen-Nation Scavenger Hunt as well as the Butterfly House and the Egg-stravaganza Scavenger hunt which a fantastic way to celebrate Easter!

Now we’re moving into my favorite part of the Festival Passport each year – the menus for the outdoor kitchens!
Pineapple Promenade is the place to go each year for the boozy Dole Whips!
We expect the Orange Bird sippers to be wildly popular this year so try to arrive at the Citrus Blossom nice and early if you want to get one!

The Pistachio, Rose Water and Vanilla Panna Cotta at Tangierine Cafe is top of my must-try list this year!
The Funnel Cakes served up at the American Adventure are also not-to-be-missed!
Bauernmarkt in the Germany Pavilion has an incredible menu each year and the Toasted Pretzel Bread is sure to delight.
The Pineapple Skewers are delectable and come with a spicy topping!
