I always love my dining experiences eating at the Walt Disney World Resort! Delightful locations, tasty bites, and excellent service make for a great experience!
Whether enjoying a sit-down meal, a quick yummy bite, or a relaxing drink in a themed lounge- whatever it is, as long as I’m enjoying it at Disney, I am good to go!
I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a new (for me) experience! And I loved every second of it! Boma Flavors of Africa offers an excellent all-you-care-to-enjoy breakfast option that was fun, personable, and most importantly, delicious!

Boma Flavors of Africa
Colorful, vibrant, and themed to resemble a lively African marketplace! This awesome restaurant features an “all-you-care-to-enjoy” buffet daily from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM.
For $29 per adult/$17 per child, you have access to a family-friendly buffet! The delicious options include an awesome assortment of your favorite breakfast classics. Think Mickey waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, breakfast potatoes, and more!
What I really liked about this location was the made-to-order omelette option and the African-inspired offerings! The delicious Kenyan coffee was a perfect morning starter! And the South African quiche offered a new and tasty breakfast option!
Welcome!
Check in was easy! We were welcomed by gracious and smiling Cast Members and immediately seated. The vibe of the restaurant is a mix of early-morning Disney excitement and fun. It was full of eager Guests greeting the day but not too crowded or busy!

There are so many delicious options! And the best part? You can eat as much as you want! Check out the delicious food offerings from Boma!
This creamy yogurt parfait was a great way to start! I love the addition of fresh fruit and crunchy granola!
In addition to the create-your-own omelettes, Boma offers a great selection of eggs, cheese, and meats. Deviled, hard-boiled, or scrambled! Whatever you crave is available.
There are a lot of great sides and extras to customize your perfect breakfast. And I love the African influence when it came to the foods and flavors!
The classic comfort breakfast foods taste great! Served hot and full of flavor!
But don’t forget those tasty Mickey waffles! The breakfast also had cute Simba waffles too!
I love the assortment of bagels, croissants, and danishes that are offered! Butter, delicious jellies, and creamy spreads help customize your favorite breakfast sweets!
How fun is this Mickey presentation of treats featuring yummy cinnamon rolls? These warm cinnamon rolls are drizzled in a sweet icing and are perfectly sweet. The dough-y concoction makes a great breakfast treat.
Excellent Experience!
Boma is located inside Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge on the lower level of the Animal Kingdom Jambo House. You can easily take the stairs or elevator to get there! The thatched roof, African Art, and warm tones create an environment that is immediately welcoming and beautiful.
Do I recommend Boma Flavors of Africa? Yes! The breakfast buffet is delicious and the experience is excellent! I highly recommend adding this to your next Disney experience!
