What’s In a Name?
Steakhouse 71 get’s its name from the year that Walt Disney World Resort opened. With this in mind, Disney has designed a sleek yet comfortable space inspired by the 1970s. Decor will also pay tribute to the Florida heritage of the resort and we’ve heard that there’s even an orange bird or two to be found!
Breakfast
As you can see from the image above, the breakfast menu offers everything from Fresh-baked Pastries and Avocado Toast to Walt’s Prime Rib Hash and Eggs Benedict.
Classic breakfast cocktails are also available including the Bloody Mary and the Bourbon Cold Brew (made with Joffrey’s Coffee Cold Brew, bourbon, maple and vanilla bean cream. Other options include espresso, cappuccino, latte, freshly brewed coffee, assorted teas and juice.
