Marvel Reportedly Already Planning Avengers 5 and Eternals 2
Marvel has announced a plethora of films coming in their Phase 4 slate; with fans noticing clear exceptions. Marvel insiders have announced the studio is reportedly already planning Avengers 5 and Eternals 2.
The Marvel schedule is always an ever-growing and fast-moving development. With the newly announced Phase 4 giving fans more than enough content to satisfy their MCU excitement.
After almost two years away from theatres, Disney+ exclusive Marvel series’ have been the primary medium for these MCU characters to continue development outside of theatres.
With the COVID-19 pandemic, however, heading towards a decline thanks to country-wide vaccinations, fans of the decade-long universe can once again look forward to the theatre experience.
With Marvel’s focus seeming to be on establishing new characters, fleshing out fan favorites, and following up Phase 3 titles; many fans felt a glaring omission to the newest announcements.
There is no Avengers film slated for the upcoming Phase 4. A deviation from the company’s usual film rollouts since the creation of the esteemed MCU.
Many fans have wondered why the Avengers team has been removed from the focus, and some insiders have given fans ease, noting that Marvel is reportedly already planning Avengers 5 and Eternals 2.
John Campea is a widely viewed content creator who is known for his connections to certain Marvel Insiders.
Campea was asked why certain films that Marvel has started working on, such as Deadpool 3 and Blade, were absent from the announcements?

The Youtube creator answered, “It’s basically the same reason Avengers 5 and Eternals 2 weren’t announced.”
Campea added a bit of clarity, stating, “They were only announcing those fils up to 2023 that have verified release dates. There are over 20+ projects on the board.”

This answer gives fans a few pieces of information that should be considered noteworthy. First, Campea’s statement assumes then that every movie of Phase 4 will, in fact, be released by 2023.
This was already the assumption for most of the films announced, with Fantastic Four being the most uncertain as to its timeframe of release.

The other important piece of news is that Marvel is already making plans for an Avengers 5, and a sequel to Phase 4’s Eternals.
Fans should be pleasantly surprised at the comments surrounding Avengers 5. The Studio is still focused on the MCU’s most crucial team, with the brand likely building up a team of characters fans have yet to meet.
Marvels planning for an Eternals sequel should also be very good news to fans.
Their assistance towards continuing the story should point to the faith the company has in the success of the Phase 4 film.

For as long as Marvel has been doing this, they should be well equipped to recognize the potential success of any given title; and their approach to the Eternals should speak to their confidence.
one thing is absolutely certain, the next five years should continue to give fans incredible thrill rides with characters beloved, and yet unknown!
