Even Disney’s Animal Inhabitants Are Getting In On The #HalfwaytoHalloween Fun!
Disney World’s official #HalfwaytoHalloween celebration kicked off today and even the animals are getting into the swing of things.
If you’re not following along with the incredible Disney’s Animals, Science and Environment we recommend that you do! It’s an awesome way to keep up with what is going on with the creatures at Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park and beyond!

Today they shared some pictures of animals enjoying a little pumpkin treat in celebration! We love the tortoises enjoying their little gourds!
The meerkats looked like they didn’t want to eat it much but they loved going inside!
While the gorillas didn’t hesitate to dive right in!
While this tiger is letting you know that he wants this pumpkin all to itself!

Though some of these images were taken from Halloweens past, we also have a current celebration of another type to share with you that just happened at Animal Kingdom this week!
Some of the animals were celebrating very important milestones.. Kirana is the first babirusa born at Animal Kingdom them park and she just celebrated her first birthday with a delicious cake (of sorts!.)
Then there’s Grace, the lowland gorilla!
Grace is celebrating her second birthday! You can see her birthday feast above!
