Your Guide to Dining at Disneyland Upon Reopening
The excitement is definitely building as we inch closer to Disneyland reopening on April 30! You probably know what attractions you are going to visit first but I know you are also thinking ahead to what you are going to eat first! That is why I have put together this helpful dining guide for everything you will be able to eat, snack, and sip on once Disneyland reopens.
Let’s start with those iconic Disneyland dining items! Award Wieners and Little Red Wagon will have reopen with those golden hand-dipped corn dogs. Tropical Hideaway will be serving up Dole Whips. And, what is a visit to Disneyland without a Churro?! They will made their triumphant return at various carts throughout both Parks. They are also bringing some of their tasty friends with them including fluffernutter, s’smores, strawberry cheesecake, and milk & cookies varieties.
If you were lucky enough to attend the A Touch of Disney events at Disney California Adventure Park over the past month, I have some good news as well. Popular items offered at the events will be sticking around including the 1/2 Monte Cristo, Brisket Mac n’ Cheese, and S’mores Shake at Smokejumpers Grill.
If you are looking to enjoy a full-service dining experience at Disneyland once it reopens, Lamplight Lounge and Café Orleans will be open. While limited seating capacity for Guests with confirmed theme park reservations and tickets for the same will be required, mobile check-in and mobile wait-list at select full-service locations are available on the Disneyland app.
Make sure you also have the Disneyland app downloaded to take advantage of the contactless payment feature for all of your dining needs. This convenient option through the app is the primary way to order food and beverages at most quick service dining locations during your visit.
- Mobile Check-In for Dining: Maximize your time while minimizing your contact with others not in your party by checking in for dining reservations at select table-service restaurants via the Disneyland app.
- Join a Mobile Dine Walk-Up List: Didn’t make a dining reservation in advance? No worries! Simply pull up the Disneyland app for the opportunity to add your party to the mobile walk-up list at select table service restaurants based on availability.
Now, the moment you all have been waiting for! Let’s take a look at all the dining locations that will be open once the Disneyland Parks reopen on April 30, 2021 and Disney’s Grand Californian Resort reopens on April 29, 2021.
