BREAKING NEWS: Sapphire Holiday Kitchen Serves Up Moroccan Magic!
One of our favorite pavilions in all of EPCOT is hands-down Morocco. We’ve always considered this to be a bit of an EPCOT hidden gem which is why were excited to share with you a first look at the menu of their Holiday Kitchen.
Sapphire is serving up some absolutely incredible dishes. Here’s a closer look at the complete menu:
- Grilled Lamb Kefta Kebab and Grapes with Euro Cucumber, Red Pepper, Pickled Pearl Onions, and Harissa-Cilantro Dressing
- Confit of Chermoula Chicken Drum with Cinnamon Granny Smith Apple, Toasted Almonds, Brussels Sprouts, and Pinot Noir Glaze
- Sfenj: Warm Beignets with Cream, Cinnamon-Sugar, and Chocolate Sauce
- Mediterranean Beer
- Kasbah Prestige Red Wine
- The Andalusian “Poinsettia” Cocktail: Sparking Wine, Orange Liqueur, and Cranberry Juice topped with Orange Blossom Water
Everything on this menu looks incredible from the cinnamon apple chicken legs to the warm beignets! We also can’t wait to try out the Poinsettia Cocktail for its name alone!
