BREAKING NEWS: Get An Insiders Look at Minnie’s Halloween Dine At Hollywood Studios
The Halloween Spirit is in the air Disney friends! Our MickeyBlogger was on the scene at Hollywood Studios today and is providing us with an insiders look at all of the fun at Minnie’s Halloween Dine!
This special seasonal dining experience started today (September 25th) and will run throughout the Halloween Season at Hollywood & Vine!
The experience is available for both Lunch and Dinner. Advanced reservations are strongly encouraged and can be made via the My Disney Experience App.
Like some of the other restaurant’s we’ve showcase, you can check-in for your dining experience by scanning the QR code located in front of the restaurant.
When your table is ready, you’ll get a text notification like the one above that your table is ready!
We found that this new way of having guests check in has really cut down on the crowds that would gather in front of the restaurants before COVID-19.
As a matter of fact the only people outside during our visit were cast members.
After receiving our text message, we met the server who took us to our socially distanced table.
There was some seasonal decor and Halloween style backdrops put up.
Usually you would stop and pose with your favorite Disney characters using this backdrop, but due to new health and safety requirements its more decorative now. However, it certainly makes for that perfect holiday shot especially with those adorable pumpkins!
Now, before we start covering the food, we thought we’d cut right to the chase and give you what you REALLY want to see which is Minnie, Mickey and the gang all dressed up in their Halloween costumes.
Let’s start with the big guy himself – Mr. Mickey.
He is dressed up as the cutest gosh darned vampire we’ve ever seen!
We love his colorful pinstripe suit, right down to the little spiders on his vest.
Next up is the hostess with the mostest!
Minnie was looking simply dazzling as happy witch!
Her costume is amazing from those bright orange polka dots to the butterflies on her hat!
We’d also like to know where we can snag a pair of those bright green spider-web tights.
And matching purple gloves!
Wherever Mickey and Minnie go, Pluto is sure to follow
Though Pluto opted not to wear a costume you can see the cutest little bat on his collar.
Pluto’s funny antics over lunch definitely brought a smile to our faces!
Yee-Haw! Goofy is looking absolutely fantastic in his cowboy outfit.
If you look closely you can also see some scary elements in there too. Notice the little spider on his hat and skeleton gloves- Spooky!
Goofy, was definitely in a rowdy mood and happy to pose for photos during our visit! (We had to stay at a distance of course.)
In this shot you can even see Goofy’s adorable spider belt buckle.
So let’s move onto the food! For those that have visited Hollywood & Vine before you know that it was traditionally a buffet.
However, that has changed. A server takes you to your socially distanced table where you can order from a set menu and then dishes are brought to your table.
