City Works Eatery & Pour House To Reopen at Disney Springs on June 10
We’ve got some awesome news to share with our Disney foodies. City Works Eatery & Pour House has just announced that they will be reopening on Wednesday, June 10, 2020. This awesome eatery opened earlier this year and is the new go-to place to catch the game and to enjoy a pint and some delicious cuisine.
With the NBA coming to town this summer we can’t think of a better place to enjoy the action than in the heart of Disney Springs! You’ll find City Works just next door to the NBA Experience on the West Side of Disney World’s downtown shopping and entertainment district.
City Works Eatery & Pour House boasts high definition TVs including a 110-inch screen, 90 local, regional and global craft beers and an awesome menu offering fun twists on American classics. We’ve even been told that there will be some tasty new dishes to celebrate reopening.
Some of the delectable new items you’ll find on the menu includes:
Queso Dip- That offers hot chorizo and pepper jack cheese to give it a subtle kick.
Rigatoni – With goat cheese to make it creamy and delicious. Gluten-free pasta is also available.
Smoked Cheddar Mac – An adult version of classic mac and cheese, enhanced with bacon lardons and smoked cheddar cheese.
Tex Mex Mac- Topped with crispy tortilla strips, providing a crunch to balance the creaminess of the dish.
New Outdoor Canopies! – Sit outside and watch the world pass by at City Work’s outdoor dining area. To ready the park for reopening they’ll even be constructing a new canopy over its outdoor dining area so that you can stay cool in the shade!
Draft Beer Discounts – Everyone likes a discount and at City Works, they have them in abundance! City Works offers 30-40% off its draft beer taps dedicated to local breweries as well as eight wines on draft. Guests can also enjoy Happy Hour Specials Monday – Thursday from 3-6 pm including $2 well drinks, local craft beers and glasses of wine as well as $7 bar bites.
Brunch, Lunch and Dinner Dining – The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner Monday – Sunday from 11 am – 10 pm. They also offer a Rock and Roll Brunch on weekends which will be returning soon.
New Safety Measures – In order to adhere to Disney Springs social distancing practices and safety procedures City Works is updating their policies which now includes the use of Personal Protective Equipment for all team members, increased cleaning protocols and precaution (including scheduled sanitizing of all shared surfaces every 30 minutes.) Employees will also be required to wash their hands every 20-30 minutes and all seating will adhere to social distancing guidelines. In addition, City Works has created a Shift Safety Manager position to ensure these protocols are being followed. Hand sanitizer stations will also be located throughout the restaurant for guests.
