Man Says He Tested Positive For Covid-19 After Visiting Walt Disney World
You’ve heard rumblings of this for some time; folks coming home sick from vacations reporting, “I went to the docs but they said that I didn’t have the flu, my lungs were okay. I guess I have a cold…”
So, they grabbed some aspirin, took a long nap, and away they went.
But now, some of those people — who have since been tested for coronavirus — are coming back with a positive test. And some of those patients have a pretty good idea of where they picked up Covid-19.
He Got Sick At Walt Disney World
WRCBtv.com recently spoke to a young man from Catoosa County, Tennessee, who believes he got sick at Walt Disney World:
Nicholas Hickman told Channel 3 he was originally treated for bronchitis after returning home from a trip with friends to Disney World. A week later, he learned he tested positive for coronavirus.
“She said, ‘I feel like I’m wasting a test on you right now,'” Hickman told Channel 3’s Michelle Heron over video chat.

“I feel like I’m getting better,” Hickman told WRCB, before adding his family would stay home until April.
“This is a time when we need to step back and think of everyone around us.”
