NEW: Tokyo Disney Resort Releases Video and Concept Art of Fantasy Springs
100 days before the official grand opening, Tokyo Disney Resort releases new video and concept art of the highly-anticipated Fantasy Springs.
Construction for the new addition started back in May 2019 and features three beloved Disney movies with four new attractions, dining locations, a new hotel, and more.
The new announcements provide an early look at Peter Pan’s Never Land, Rapunzel’s Forest, and Frozen Kingdom, and it looks amazing.
The land officially opens on June 6th, but here is a sneak peek at what is coming.
Fantasy Springs Coming Soon
Yesterday, Tokyo Disney Resort released this mock-up of Tokyo DisneySea’s new Fantasy Springs theme area to the media. “We believe incorporating a new area will make Tokyo Disney Resort a one-of-a-kind world famous location,” Yumiko Takano, CEO of Oriental Land, shared at the unveiling.
The 1/25 scale model shows images and icons from Frozen Kingdom, Rapunzel’s Forest, and Peter Pan’s Never Land .
Tokyo Disney Resort also released amazing concept art for Rapunzel’s Lantern Festival in Rapunzel’s Forest.
The new attraction is about 5 minutes long and guests will be immersed in the “I See the Light” lantern feature from the film.
We also got an inside look at Peter Pan’s Never Land Adventure ride. Guests fly along with Peter Pan, Tinker Bell and the Lost Boys through Never Land to rescue John from Captain Hook and his band of pirates.
This 6-minute journey is 3-D adventure sure to delight audiences and Disney fans!
And if all that wasn’t enough, Tokyo Disney released this amazing new commercial that will definitely pull at your heartstrings.
