Happy holidays, everyone!
Many of our Disneyland fans will spend much of the month at The Happiest Place on Earth.

Similarly, fans just spend Thanksgiving Week standing in line for all their favorites.
So, how were the crowds at Disneyland Resort this past month? Let’s discuss Disneyland’s wait times.

Sometimes, the stars align, and that’s precisely what has happened at Disneyland in calendar 2023.
As a reminder, the park remained closed for 13 months, delaying many projects.

The Walt Disney Company
Conveniently, many of Disneyland’s plans aligned with the centennial of The Walt Disney Company.
So, we’ve enjoyed numerous new amenities at the parks this year.

I’m talking about blockbusters like the reinvention of Mickey’s Toontown, the opening of Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, and the introduction of San Fransokyo.
Lately, I’ve been combing through a full year of Disney stories, and I can assure you that Disneyland claims some of 2023’s biggest highlights.

Disneyland fans clearly missed the place while it was closed and have relished spending Disney’s centennial at the parks.
The holiday season obviously won’t work any differently, but let’s remember something essential.
The “December” wait times cover the month of November. After all, we can’t rightfully post those until the month ends.

Overall, guests at Disneyland Park waited for an average of 32 minutes per attraction, which is the same as in October.
Notice the two holiday changes here. Haunted Mansion Holiday fell back in November, while It’s a Small World got the new overlay bump.

Last month, I discussed the many things happening at Disney California Adventure this fall.
For example, San Fransokyo opened and introduced several new drinking and dining options, along with some new character greetings.

Meanwhile, October crowds rushed to the parks for Halloween season, which included several holiday overlays.
During November, the enthusiasm usually drops a bit. That phenomenon especially impacts an Avengers Campus attraction.

DCA fans treasure Guardians of the Galaxy – Monsters After Dark. Once the overlay ends, the line size drops instantly.
Let’s examine the wait times to see whether that happened.

Yes, the end of Monsters After Dark singlehandedly dropped the park’s overall average by a minute! Now THAT is a popular ride.
