EPCOT’s Heartbeat of Freedom Fireworks Show Caps Off the Fourth of July With a Bang
For many Walt Disney World visitors, the Fourth of July officially comes to an end when Heartbeat of Freedom is performed at EPCOT.
While the Magic Kingdom is often the busiest park on Independence Day, EPCOT celebrates the patriotic holiday yearly with special character meet-and-greets, unique entertainment, and the special Fourth of July fireworks display.
Unlike previous years, the park’s Independence Day fireworks show was only performed for one night this year, after last night’s presentation of Luminous: The Symphony of Us.
‘Heartbeat of Freedom’
In celebration of our country’s independence, World Showcase Lagoon came to life again last night with fireworks, lights, and patriotic music as Heartbeat of Freedom returned.
Fans lined up in droves to see the fireworks show, which was impressive as always.
Heartbeat of Freedom was the perfect way to end the Fourth of July with a bang!
Here is a look at the show’s finale. It was as impressive as always!

World Celebration Lights Up
While the center of EPCOT’s Fourth of July celebrations was Heartbeat of Freedom, World Showcase was not the only EPCOT neighborhood participating in the fun.
For the first time ever, we got to see the patriotic side of CommuniCore Hall as the new pavilion lit up to celebrate the Fourth of July.
Here is another look at the star-spangled pavilion.
Spaceship Earth was also lit up in red, white, and blue, giving World Celebrating a uniform look!
All in all, EPCOT looked great and was the perfect place to celebrate the Fourth of July.
