EPCOT’s second festival of the year is the Flower & Garden Festival, which is all about celebrating springtime! We’re here to go over everything there is to know about this festival so you can have your best visit yet.

Dates

The 2026 Flower & Garden Festival takes place from March 4 to June 1, 2026.

Location & Hours

The Flower & Garden Festival takes place at EPCOT, and no additional ticket beyond general park admission is required. If you are an Annual Passholder or do not have a date-based ticket, you will also need to schedule a park reservation. 

EPCOT is generally open from 9AM to 9PM, with Early Theme Park Entry eligibility beginning at 8:30AM. Make sure you check EPCOT’s hours on a daily basis during your visit in the event of any changes to the schedule. 

Festival Passport

One of the first things you want to do at an EPCOT festival is collect the free Festival Passport, a full guide that includes everything there is to know about the festival. It also makes a great souvenir!

Inside the Festival Passport is information about the Outdoor Kitchens (aka food booths), entertainment, merchandise, locations, and more. You can find it at food booths and various kiosks around EPCOT.

Merchandise

Every EPCOT festival comes with a special assortment of merchandise, including items such as ears, Loungefly backpacks, Spirit Jerseys, and more. 

This year, there will be five different collections, including an Orange Bird Collection and a separate Orange Bird Vintage Collection, a Spike the Bee Collection, an Alice in Wonderland Collection, and an Annual Passholder Collection.

Scavenger Hunts

Spike’s Pollen-Nation Exploration

The official non-food scavenger hunt of the Flower & Garden Festival is Spike’s Pollen-Nation Exploration, which features Spike the Bee figures hidden in greenery throughout EPCOT.

You can purchase a gameboard/map and stickers, and earn a prize whether you finish the scavenger hunt or not! You also have the option to play without purchasing a gameboard — you just won’t qualify for a prize. 

Egg-Stravaganza Hunt

For a limited portion of the festival, guests can participate in the Egg-Stravaganza Hunt! This scavenger hunt features large Disney character-designed eggs hidden throughout EPCOT.

You can participate in this scavenger hunt by purchasing a gameboard/map/stickers to earn a prize, or you can play on your own (without getting a prize).

Topiaries & Gardens

One of the best features of the Flower & Garden Festival is the beautifully designed topiaries and gardens located all over EPCOT.

This year, Disney will also feature 60+ topiaries and 31+ gardens and floral displays!

Topiaries are generally themed after Disney characters, with past displays including Princess Tiana, Mickey and Pals, Toy Story friends, Simba, and many (many!) more.

Gardens

Among the 31+ gardens throughout EPCOT are 4 new gardens, including the Rain or Shine Fruit Stand Presented by Outshine near CommuniCore Plaza. 

This garden showcases the water cycle.

The new Wildlife Crossing Garden is inspired by the new Disney and Pixar film, Hoppers, and it’s located near CommuniCore Hall.

At this garden, guests can learn how animals roam safely in their environments. 

Over in World Nature near The Seas with Nemo & Friends is the new Pet-Friendly Garden, which features pet-friendly gardening inspired by Pluto.

And finally, the new Trendy Tropicals Garden can be found between the Morocco and France pavilions, full of trendy and stylish plants.

CommuniCore Hall — Spike’s Garden

New to the festival this year is Spike’s Garden in CommuniCore Hall! Disney describes this exhibit as a “bee’s eye view” of a garden that transitions from day to night.

During the Flower & Garden Festival, guests can enjoy frolicking with butterflies, checking out the Garden Rocks Concert Series, grabbing special photo ops, and more!

Butterfly Landing

In World Nature, guests can interact with butterflies at Butterfly Landing. Step inside the tent to explore a variety of vegetation as butterflies flutter around!

Spaceship Earth

As with most EPCOT festivals, Spaceship Earth gets a special nightly sequence that occurs periodically once the sun goes down. In 2024, we saw sequences inspired by Encanto and Pocahontas!
