Haunted Hound Dog of the Month – GCH Craftsman Grill
The GCH Craftsman Grill’s October Hot Dog of the Month is the Haunted Hound! It costs $18.
The dish has grilled bockwurst sausage with maple ghost pepper aioli, white cheddar, bacon-onion jam, and crispy shallots, served on a black brioche bun. It comes with spicy corn chip zombie fingers. (Spooky–perfect for the Halloween season!)
We love that this month’s dog is bockwurst–a traditional German sausage. It’s very savory, enhanced by the kick of ghost pepper aioli!
