Each month, this popular Disney Springs dining spot offers a delicious drink-and-pairings menu, and November is no exception.
This fall, the focus is on Flor de Caña rums. Enjoy an evening of tropical, smoky, and sweet flavors at the Hideaway. The immersive evening features handcrafted rum drinks paired with a multi-course menu of delicious bites.

Food and Sips
Enjoy these unique flavor and food combos:
• A mix of Flor de Caña Blanco, pineapple, lime, coconut water and vanilla, alongside a spread of salumi e formaggi
• Flor de Caña 12-year blended with crème de cacao, pecan liqueur and orange clove syrup, paired with a CAB strip loin
• Flor de Caña 7-year and Flor de Caña Spresso with chai, brown butter demerara syrup and oat milk to complement our delicious brown butter cake

The Bootlegger’s Dinner event is located at Enzo’s Hideaway – Disney Springs and held on Thursday, November 12th from 5:30 p.m. or 8 p.m.
Tickets start at $90 (+ tax and gratuity) with an optional upgrade: Flor de Caña 25-year 1 oz. pour ($25)
