Disney Begins Beta Testing Its New AI-Powered Vacation Planning Tool
Earlier this month, Disney announced a collaboration with Google Cloud to create a new vacation planning tool.
Leveraging AI technology, the new tool will guide guests through their Disney vacation, offering:
- Flexible searching
- Personalized results
- New pricing and availability calendar
- Option comparison
- Best available rates
- Questions and answers
- Schedule and budget assistance
- AI-powered summaries from official Disney sources

Additionally, the new technology can compare and contrast resorts, highlight differences between seasons at Walt Disney World, and even provide pricing for resorts across a broad range of dates.

“AI was applied very thoughtfully throughout the experience, being used in a measured approach where it can help guests,” Disney said.
Testing Is Now Underway
Just weeks after Disney first introduced the new vacation planning tool, the service is now being tested.

According to reporter Scott Gustin, beta testing for the new Disney vacation planning tool began this morning.
As expected, only a small percentage of guests have been chosen for the testing.
