FIRST LOOK Inside Hurly-Burly Lounge Coming Soon to Disney’s BoardWalk
Disney World is home to many different spots where you can enjoy some live entertainment. From Broadway-style shows to music venues, there is no shortage of fun happening around the parks and resorts.

A new entertainment spot is opening next week in Disney World — Hurly-Burly — and we were invited to take a look inside! Come along and check out the new lounge with us!
First Look at Hurly-Burly
Hurly-Burly is located at Disney’s BoardWalk, which is in the EPCOT resort area, right on Crescent Lake. It’s where Jellyrolls used to be located!

This new spot has live entertainment, food, and so much more.

Hurly-Burly opens at 4PM for the whole family to participate in things like trivia and games.

Then, starting at 9PM, the space becomes 21 and older with live music and all kinds of fun!

If you don’t want to go inside, the outside bar and to-go window open at 11AM!

This historic seaside theatre channels the golden era of seaside leisure…

…and fits in perfectly at Disney’s BoardWalk!

The lounge has light bites inspired by Italian-American favorites and classic boardwalk bites (see the menu right here)! As for drinks, there are a bunch of cocktails, wines, and beers, including some popular Atlantic Coast brews.

Let’s step inside…

…and check everything out!

There is a lot of detailing in here reminiscent of an old-timey theatre!

Here’s another look.

There’s a small waiting area up front. Hurly-Burly is first-come, first-served, so there are no reservations!

Make sure to take a peek at the artwork!

There are some interesting artifacts.

Poly Del Mar is the star of Hurly-Burly…

…so you’ll see a bunch of posters of her around the lounge!

Here’s a closer look at some of the details!

We’re sure there are some fun Easter eggs to be found amongst these.

The lounge itself is pretty dazzling!

It takes a lot of inspiration from nightclub locations throughout different areas.

There is a decent amount of comfy seating…

…which is perfect for a lounge!

There is even seating for larger groups!

It’s very cozy!

Here’s a look at another option.

There is also a bar area!

The theming in here is very cool!

It looks completely different than when this space was home to Jellyrolls.

Take a look up at the ceiling, and you’ll see a sky full of stars!

There is a very pretty stage up front for the various entertainment that will be showcased here!

It’s even got some very on-theme instruments and props.

And, don’t worry, there are bathrooms in here!

They are also very on theme!

It’s these kinds of details that make the space so immersive!

The bathroom area has some more fun props to look at!

There are even some advertisements for the surrounding BoardWalk spots!

Disney shared a look at the daytime entertainment here, which includes different games like bingo.

The bingo we got to experience played different clips of Disney characters singing and talking, kind of like music bingo!

We also got a first look at the nighttime entertainment, too! Sia and the Tin Pan Alley Band play at Hurly-Burly on Sundays.

Velvet Soul, a Motown tribute group, plays on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

And Velvet Neon, a band singing hits from across various decades, plays on Wednesdays!

Now, let’s take a closer look at the menu!

For food, you can get things like the Meatballs in Tomato Gravy, Roast Beef Sliders, or Mini Apple Cider Doughnuts. For drinks, there is the Cherry Marquee, the Bubble Brava!, the Mertini, and more!

The back of the menu explains a little bit more about the lounge.

We got a first look at the Overture in Orange, which is a nostalgic frozen treat made with Minute Maid Orange Juice topped with sweet cream for $6.99.

We also tried the Caramel Corn Old Fashioned! This is Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon, caramel corn, and The Bitter Truth Decanter Bitters for $21.
