PHOTOS: Hurly-Burly’s Entrance Marquee Completed as Restaurant Opening Looms
If you have been reading along here at MickeyBlog, you know that we have been closely following the development of Hurly-Burly at Disney’s BoardWalk Resort.
Currently under construction, the new venue will replace Jellyrolls and draw inspiration from the dance halls of Atlantic City and Coney Island during the 1920s.

As previously reported, Hurly-Burly will offer family-friendly activities throughout the afternoon, including trivia and games.
At 9 p.m., however, the venue will transform into a 21-and-older live music destination.

Throughout the day, the turn-of-the-century theater will also serve appetizers and small plates, giving guests plenty to enjoy as they take in the atmosphere.
Hurly-Burly Has Continued to Come Together
The last time we checked in, the Hurly-Burly entrance sign was coming together and the restaurant’s hours of operation had been revealed.

Now, we are back with another update.
The Latest From Disney’s BoardWalk Resort
When we visited Disney’s BoardWalk Resort this morning, we were thrilled to see that the Hurly-Burly entrance marquee is complete.

Here is a look at the side of the building.

As you can see, it reads “cocktails, bites, cabaret.”

The building looks great!

While the new Hurly-Burly facade has come together, work is still underway on the pavement outside.

As you can see, the ground has been dug up, and machinery is on the scene.

When Will Hurly-Burly Open
With Hurly-Burly set to open on October 1, work should wrap up shortly.

I, for one, can’t wait to see inside.

As always, be sure to check back with MickeyBlog. We will continue to update you on all the news coming out of Walt Disney World.
