The New Wedge Booth is the Perfect Place for Cheese Lovers at the 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival!
The 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival kicked off last month at Disney World, but a few booths didn’t open right away! One booth opened last week, one opens today, and the rest open on October 2nd.

The booth that opens today is brand new, so come along with us to check it out!
The Wedge Hosted by Dairy Does More
The Wedge is a new booth located inside CommuniCore Hall! It’s right next to the new Cheers to Cheese exhibit, which is perfect, since this booth is all about cheese!

Please note that this booth will only be open through November 8th, before Food & Wine Festival ends.
Menu
There are a bunch of new items on this menu, and some are returning from other booths in previous years. Every single food item on this menu is also on Emile’s Fromage Montage!

Food & Drinks
First up, we got the returning Three-Cheese Macaroni and Cheese with smoked cheddar sauce and herbed panko for $5.49!

This is a simple mac & cheese with think everyone will love, even picky eaters! It’s very cheesy with a hint of garlic.

The breadcrumbs add a nice crunch on top and the overall portion size is decent! We’d definitely recommend this one.

Next, we got the new Crab and Corn Macaroni and Cheese with smoked cheddar sauce, bacon, crab seasoning, roasted corn, herbed panko, and jalapeños for $7.19. This item also celebrates the 30th anniversary of EPCOT’s Food & Wine Festival—it was first introduced in 2015 at Farm Fresh.

This is the same mac & cheese base as the first one we just tried, but with the addition of everything mentioned above! It’s an interesting mix of flavors. We loved the crab and the herbed panko — they both added a variety of textures to the dish.

We couldn’t really taste the jalapeño flavor, though. Overall, the flavors here are a little basic and muted, but the crab is delicious, so if you’re a seafood fan, you’ll probably enjoy this!

We also grabbed the returning Cheesesteak Macaroni and Cheese with smoked cheddar sauce, shaved beef, peppers, onions, and herbed panko for $6.49.

This again has the same base as the other mac & cheese dishes, with the addition of the toppings we just mentioned. The cheesesteak is very good and has a ton of flavor! It’s also tender and juicy.

The onions and peppers add some great flavor, too!

If we had to rank the mac & cheeses from favorite to least favorite, it would be the three-cheese, the cheesesteak, and then the crab.
Finally, and maybe most importantly, we got the new Selection of Cheeses with accompaniments featuring Proudly Wisconsin Cheese for $7.29. It features Glacier Point Blue Spruce Blue, Vat 17 World Cheddar, and Pleasant Ridge Reserve cheeses, as well as some accompaniments.

The blue cheese was very strong! If you really like blue cheese, you’ll probably enjoy it, but the flavor was too intense and funky for casual fans.

The Vat 17 World Cheddar was great! It has a nice flavor and tasted similar to a medium cheddar with a slight bite to it.

Finally, the Pleasant Ridge Reserve cheese is an aged Alpine-style cheese that had a rich and nutty flavor. It paired great with the fig jam!

This is a really great cheese plate! Well done, Disney.

As for the drinks here, we also got the new Wine and Cheese Pairing for $17.50. This is 3 different wines paired with the cheese plate we just tried!

It features the new Bodegas Avancia Old Vines Godello, the Las Jaras Superbloom Rosé, and the Caymus Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon.

The white was pleasant and not overly sweet or oaky — it’s very drinkable. The rosé had a bit of a bite to it but paired well with the preserves on the cheese board. And the red is a little bit smoky but was still easy to sip on.

It’s a wonderful mix of three different styles of wines that most wine drinkers should be happy with! They also all pair really well with the cheese board.

As for the other drinks, you can get the new Cannoli Milk Shake topped with chocolate shavings, cannoli shell, and a maraschino cherry (non-alcoholic) for $5.49.

You can also get the wines individually — the new Las Jaras Superbloom Rosé for $8.50, the Caymus Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon for $13, the new Bodegas Avancia Old Vines Godello for $8.50, or get all 3 in a Wine Flight for $12.50.
