Check Out the NEW Cheers to Cheese! Exhibit at the 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival
The 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival began back on August 27th at Disney World, but not everything opened at the start of the festival. A few booths have delayed openings, and so does a new exhibit!

Today is the opening day for Cheers to Cheese! So, let’s go check it out.
Cheers to Cheese!
Cheers to Cheese! is a new interactive exhibit inside CommuniCore Hall at EPCOT. It’s available from today until November 8th. Let’s go inside!
The inside of CommuniCore Hall has been completely transformed to be all about cheese!
It’s covered in cheese decor. If you’re lactose intolerant, you may not want to step inside here!
This is also where the new booth, The Wedge, is located. It features a bunch of different cheese dishes, so it’s all very on theme.
The tables even look like giant wheels of cheese!
There are different types on each table.
Here’s another look!
And the columns and walls are filled with graphics of different slices.
There are even some cheese flags hanging up!
Around the room, you’ll find a bunch of different interactive displays with fun facts about cheese.
This one is perfect pairings, which shows you which accompaniments go with different types of cheeses!
On the other side, you’ll see a display telling you to spin the wheel if you can’t decide on a cheese!
The varieties range from soft…
…semi-soft…
… semi-hard…
…and hard.
Another display shows you how milk becomes cheese!
Peek in to see some gallons of milk…
…that then get turned into wheels of cheese stored in caves…
…and finally end up in the stores of the supermarkets around you!
Look at all that cheese!
On the back, you’ll learn even more about how milk becomes cheese.
Another display is “The Age of Cheese.”
It focuses on the history of cheese from the prehistoric…
…to it spreading around the world…
…and eventually coming to America!
Here’s a look at the timeline of cheese in the United States.
It also debunks some common cheese myths!
At this other display, you can choose your favorite cheese by sliding a little wheel over to see which variety is the most popular that day among guests at EPCOT!
You can also take a look at all of the cheese around EPCOT for the festival.
