Here’s Your Fall 2026 EPCOT Itinerary
One day soon, the weather will start to cool. I’m going to keep saying this until it happens. Sure, it’s wishcasting, but I believe.

Spaceship Earth
The calendar is about to switch to fall. At Walt Disney World, it has already happened. As soon as school returns to session, the parks clear out, giving park guests more breathing room.
So, let’s get cozy. Here’s your EPCOT fall 2026 park guide.
You Don’t Need to Start Early
I’m Mr. Rope Drop as a rule, but I’ll let you in on a little secret. Disney World works differently at this time of year. It’s much slower.
For this reason, you can adjust your vacation schedule and relax a bit more. You’re under no obligation to get up at the break of dawn to plan for your park day.

Now, I’ll emphasize that you’ll get more out of the park when you arrive early. You’ll debate whether you value that more than sleeping in that morning.
It’s entirely your call, but I’ll let you in on a little secret. September is the slowest month of the year at Disney World, and October’s not much different.

International Gateway at EPCOT
The parks will creep up in popularity in November. Still, fall is the ideal time to visit. You’ll accomplish much more in the same amount of time because of the smaller crowds.
For this reason, you can show up at the park whenever it’s convenient to you. When you do, you’ll only need to prioritize a handful of attractions.

EPCOT
Everything else will come naturally since the wait times will be minimal. The other thing I’ll say is that you don’t need to buy Lightning Lanes at EPCOT in the fall.
Should you choose to do so, you won’t regret it, though, as you’ll enjoy the run of the place.

Spaceship Earth
If you plan to drink your way around the World Showcase, it’s actually a solid approach. You can knock out all the rides earlier in your visit. Then, you can binge responsibly.
What Should You Prioritize?
Okay, I just said that you only need to prioritize a handful of attractions. So, what are they? During the Fall season, there are really only five of them…and four based on recent data.
Here are EPCOT’s average wait times in early September. Did you notice a surprise?

Soarin’ Across America
Soarin’ Across America, a ride that’s barely three months old, averaged a wait of just 21 minutes. So, you’ll definitely want to do it, as we don’t know how long this overlay will remain.
However, you shouldn’t need to worry about the lines here, at least based on recent data.

Soarin’ Across America
I cannot say the same about two other EPCOT attractions, as they require the most effort. As Early Theme Park Entry approaches, guests line up for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.
Lately, they’ve also targeted Test Track, whose waits are usually in the same range. You’ll probably stand in line for an hour at each attraction. So, just pick your favorite.

Then, ride the other one at your leisure, albeit with a caveat. I feel strongly that you should experience everything at the front of the park first.
Then, you can head to the World Showcase and hang out there as long as possible. You’ll have plenty of time to take this approach, as you’ll save time when dining.

Test Track
I say this because the 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival will last throughout the Fall. You can eat quickly at the various food booths, albeit with a huge caveat.
Some of the lines are outrageously long, even in September and early October. As such, I’d gently push you toward the shorter lines so as to maximize your park time.

If you just gotta try a dish and are willing to wait for it, I fully understand.
The Best EPCOT Approach This Fall
Here’s the best itinerary for you at this time of year. First, you enter the park and head right. Please resist the temptation to ride Spaceship Earth, as it’s most crowded in the mornings.
You should head toward Journey into Imagination with Figment first. Then, make your way toward The Land pavilion for both its attractions.

Journey into Imagination with Figment
We’re talking about Living with the Land and Soarin’ Across America. Once you’ve finished here, you can try The Seas with Nemo & Friends.
Just like that, you’ve experienced four rides, none of which should have had long waits!

Now, you can spend some time at Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. I’d suggest a quick stop at a food booth either before or after this attraction.
Once you’ve finished, you should target Test Track next, and voila!

Gyozas of the Galaxy
You’ve already experienced many of the park’s biggest rides in the former Future World area. The only attraction you haven’t done yet is Mission: SPACE, which not everyone loves.
So, use your best judgment there. Once you’ve chosen, you have one remaining task.

Mission: SPACE
You must meet Mickey Mouse at CommuniCore Hall & Plaza! EPCOT hosts plenty of character greetings throughout the day. You’ll want to check My Disney Experience to see which ones you’ll enjoy.
Once you’ve hugged Mickey, you can head to the World Showcase.
What’s at the World Showcase?
As you roam the World Showcase, you should target three rides, one of which won’t have a wait. That one’s Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros at the Mexico pavilion.
The ones with longer waits are Frozen Ever After and Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure. These two rides round up the top five must-dos at the park.

Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure
Between them, you should spend about four hours in line. So, please plan accordingly. More importantly, remain on the lookout for the food booths that appeal to you.
Since you’ve ridden all the majors, you’ve officially entered the Potent Potables part of your day. Now, you can relax and drink your way around the World Showcase.

Strawberry Pomegranate Margarita
You should do plenty of shopping and dining along the way. Just have fun! For Disney Adults, the Food & Wine Festival embodies everything we love about EPCOT.
So, eat, drink, and be merry as you finish a lovely evening at the park. I should mention two other potential activities, though, one of which is the Eat to the Beat concert series.

Eat to the Beat Concert Series
EPCOT hosts three shows a night at the American Adventure. They often sell out, though. If you want to attend a show, you should probably book a dining package.
For free entertainment, watch Luminous The Symphony of Us. It’s the nightly fireworks presentation.

Both are lovely cappers for a full day at EPCOT.
