Beloved Grand Floridian Pianist Carol Stein Is Making Her Debut at Casey’s Corner Today
If you are a frequent Walt Disney World visitor, you know there is nothing quite like walking right down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A.
From the smells of the Confectionery to the sounds of the trolley, Main Street transports guests to the turn of the 20th century for a magical trip through small-town America.

While other guests rush off to ride Big Thunder Mountain or TRON Lightcycle / Run, I like to spend my morning meandering down Main Street, shopping, and enjoying the sights.
The Casey Corner’s Pianist
One of the most magical experiences at Magic Kingdom is sitting in on a performance at Casey’s Corner.

The talented pianists who hold court there deliver classic Disney songs and ragtime hits as Main Street comes alive around them.

Over her 36 years performing at Walt Disney World, Carol has never played at Casey’s Corner.
That all changes this morning.
A New Challenge
Ahead of her debut this morning, Carol admitted to being a little nervous.
“Casey’s Corner is such a joyful, high-energy place, and I’m thrilled to be part of it. At the same time, it feels a little like the first day of school,” explained Carol.

“Even after playing piano since I was — four years old, starting something new still comes with excitement and a few nerves. I’ve spent a lot of time preparing for this moment, learning new songs and revisiting favorites I haven’t had the opportunity to play before. I’m excited to bring that music and energy to our guests.”

So, if you plan to visit Magic Kingdom today, stop by Main Street, U.S.A., and catch Carol’s performance.
“I love music with a passion. I’ve been doing it my whole life. Honestly, I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t playing the piano. And I love Disney. The positive energy that the Disney brand brings is so powerful,” she said.

“As a musician and entertainer, you sometimes forget the impact you can have on people. Here, through live performance, we get the chance to create those personal connections and touch people’s lives in a really special way.”
