Disney is Introducing New Planning Technology in Collaboration With Google Cloud
It’s no secret that planning a Disney Parks vacation can be overwhelming.

From buying tickets, booking Lightning Lanes, securing dining reservations, to getting the best hotel, there are a lot of moving pieces involved in a Disney Parks visit. And now, Disney is about to debut some new technology to make the planning process a little easier!
New Planning Technology
Disney is introducing new planning technology in collaboration with Google Cloud!
This new experience will offer:
- Flexible searching
- Personalized results
- New pricing and availability calendar
- Option comparison
- Best available rates
- Questions and answers
- Schedule and budget assistance
- AI-powered summaries from official Disney sources
For now, it does not include Lightning Lane or dining reservations.

This is initially launching as a beta experience available to a limited number of randomly selected guests in the U.S. and Canada.
According to Disney, “AI was applied very thoughtfully throughout the experience, being used in a measured approach where it can help guests.”
As you can see below, select guests will have the option to include details when beginning the vacation planning process.

When searching for a hotel room, guests will be able to see a range of available dates and pricing.

These changes also apply to the mobile version of the Disney World website. You can even select seasons!
