Cheers to Cheese Signage Debuts at CommuniCore Hall
As the 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival rolls on, the park keeps coming alive with new flavors, experiences, and decor.
Over the last several weeks, we have seen Eat to the Beat kick off, all kinds of International Kitchens debut, and EPCOT unveil tons of new festival merchandise.

While most of the Food & Wine kitchens and experiences are open, we are still waiting for a few more to debut.
Here Comes Cheers to Cheese
For example, Cheers to Cheese, a celebration of cheese culture, still hasn’t opened in CommuniCore Hall.
However, when we visited EPCOT this morning, we were thrilled to see new signage up.
As you can see, CommuniCore Hall is getting ready for its cheese festivities.
Hosted by Dairy Does More, the interactive exhibit will officially open on September 18.
Inside, guests can learn more about the history of cheese and discover fun facts about the beloved food at The Age of Cheese.

The exhibit promises a closer look at “the food, the myth, the legend.”
The Wedge
At The Wedge, visitors can also grab a Cannoli Milk Shake, a cheese flight, or an inventive macaroni and cheese.
This is clearly an experience fans won’t want to miss.
I, for one, can not wait for Cheers to Cheese to open!
