Sip, savor, and take in the season! Autumn has arrived early at The Edison, and the Disney Springs hotspot is celebrating with three new seasonal cocktails.
Created with Dos Hombres, the limited-time lineup includes bold tequila, mezcal, fruit, and spice combinations.

Each cocktail offers something different, from smoky and complex to bright and citrusy. They are available now through Halloween.
Hallowed Be Thy Grove
The darkest drink in the lineup combines Dos Hombres mezcal and tequila with crème de mûre, barrel-aged maple, lemon, lime, cardamom bitters, and blackberry. Mezcal adds a smoky edge and the berries and maple balance with sweetness.
Alleycat

The Alleycat features Dos Hombres tequila, orange, agave, and lime, finished with a beet juice float. Its bright citrus flavors and colorful presentation make this tasty and eye-catching.
Blood Donor

Talk about presentation! This fruity cocktail blends Bacardi Superior rum, Aperol, Solerno blood orange liqueur, and lime for a refreshing balance of citrus and subtle bitterness.

The new drinks are available now at The Edison. Located at Disney Springs, the industrial-style restaurant and entertainment venue is known for its cocktails, live music, and late-night vibes.
