Today only (September 10th), Gideon’s is serving up a never-before-seen Baklava Cake Slice that is sweet, tasty, and bursting with flavor. The surprise treat was created in honor of Gideon’s founder’s mother’s birthday, adding a personal touch to the one-day release.

The Baklava Cake Slice is a delicate cinnamon swirl cake with a lemon-orange blossom simple syrup.
The layers are covered in spiced honey buttercream and finished with crispy phyllo, candied walnut crunch, and the familiar honey flavors of traditional Greek baklava.

There’s also a fun way to order it! Guests need to wish “mom” a Happy Birthday at the register to unlock the secret slice.
